We are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager with a passion for retail and technology to our office in central Stockholm.
Our mission is to help retailers make better, data-enabled decisions that save time, drive sustainable revenues, and (perhaps most importantly) reduce waste. We help campaign planners at bricks-and-mortar retailers (like Coop and 7-ELEVEN) and online retailers (like Mathem), to optimize their promotions. To do this most effectively, we’ve developed a solution that’s part analytics suite, part planning tool. We provide insights; we also make sure they’re actionable.

About the position
As Customer Success Manager, you will have a key role in developing our customers and helping them become successful in using our product and in running great promotions.
Your work includes:
- Assist users become more efficient and profitable in their work with promotions
- Work with senior executives, primarily in the category and campaign organizations in the retail and grocery trade
- Educate customers in our Retail DecisionCloud solution and develop training materials
- Grow and maintain Formulate's existing customer relationships
- Set plans for the customer to ensure success and renewal in the long run

Have a good understanding of and experience of category and campaign work in retail.
Is a master of expectations management.
Are used to holding business dialogues and presentations with decision-makers at a high level and meeting the users in their reality.
Have a consultative approach where you with your business understanding and retail expertise can make your customers more successful.
You are driven and goal-oriented in your personality and just like your colleagues, you are a positive person who wants to be part of and contribute to an exciting journey.
It is an advantage if you
Have experience as a Key Account Manager or in Category Management on the retail or supplier side together with some type of customer success experience within SaaS.
Important is that you enjoy working in an environment where there is new territory to explore!
